• Technology programme coordination - Spinverse has developed a service concept for coordinating large programmes (tens to hundreds of millions euro volumes, 5-7 years). The coordination includes services from programme management, planning, partnering and international network building to strategy work and media relations. Spinverse currently coordinates three national technology programmes for Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation.
• Commercialisation and technology transfer services for universities and research organizations - Spinverse has conducted a number of commercialisation projects for scientific research based technologies and business ideas. Our product line includes, for instance, profound and proven services for assessment and business development purposes of the national TULI –programme. Our mission is to provide a long-term partnership in bringing emerging technologies from lab to global market.
• Targeted technology studies - Spinverse has conducted a number of studies on emerging technologies ranging from technology visions to industry surveys.
• Strategy Consulting - We assist our clients to develop their strategic business focus and business plan. For start-ups, we offer business plan coaching and advice on financing alternatives. We also help large organisations to consolidate their technology vision and strategy.
• Partnership Consulting - We identify prospective partners and then work with our clients to develop strong partner relationships.
