Senior Manager Health Technology, Gothenburg

Spinverse is looking for a Health Technology Senior Manager to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role, you will work with our customers and our team to support innovation, commercialisation and the development of impactful projects in the health technologies field. You will be part of a highly qualified and collaborative team based in Sweden and Finland and contribute to projects at the intersection of science, business and innovation.

Main responsibilities

• Drive business development and market growth in Sweden within the health technologies field, including customer engagement, opportunity development and market positioning.
• Support customer work and innovation EU funding projects in health technologies, contributing to impactful assignments at the intersection of science, business and innovation.
• Lead team and support team members in their daily work and act as a trusted local contact in people-related questions
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the team to support business growth, high-quality customer work and a strong local presence in Sweden.

 Who we are looking for

• A strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities, build client relationships and drive business growth in Sweden.
• The ability to provide leadership, build trust and support a local team in day-to-day work while creating clarity, collaboration and a strong team environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop networks, engage stakeholders and turn opportunities into business.
• A relevant academic background (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) within medicine, medical technology, pharmacy, or similar as well as several years of working experience from life sciences or health technology sector.
• A genuine interest in technological innovation and its commercialisation, combined with the ability to engage with technical subject matter.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
