This chapter is used to assess if the proposal raises security concerns for the EU. You need to state if the project will involve:
- activities or results raising security issues
- 'EU-classified information' as background or results
These points refer to research in explosives, CBRN, critical infrastructures, intelligent surveillance, border security, terrorism, organised crime and digital security.
This chapter is used to assess if sources or results of the project need to be classified in part or in full.

Example:
Project will NOT involve activities or results raising security issues.
