About the project
Within mobile AR, it has been an unsolved problem to create a real time understanding of how the hand moves by using only the already installed RGB camera and the processing power available in a mobile phone. ManoMotion framework for hand tracking and gesture recognition solves this issue and enables end users to interact with digital objects in any AR or VR experience, on any device with their natural hands without requiring additional hardware.
Impact of the project:
ManoMotion will be a prime mover in a massive market: The mobile AR videogame market is expected to generate $11.6 billion by 2025, followed by health sector ($5.1 billion) and engineering ($4.7 billion).

Spinverse helped ManoMotion to navigate through the entire funding application process, from creating a convincing business story around the facts in the initial written funding proposal as well as preparing ManoMotion for the live interviews in the second round.
Without the knowledge transfer from the Spinverse team I'm doubtful if we would have received the funding. Spinverse was a great partner who helped us structure the process and the content in a way which gave us top scores in almost every category that the commission is evaluating.

About the project
The LIFE Lit4Nature aims to establish a stronger, evidence-based system for biodiversity conservation and restoration across Lithuania. Major focus will be placed on strengthening the national biodiversity monitoring system, improving data collection and integration and on introducing innovative monitoring approaches to support evidence-based conservation and restoration decisions.
Impact of the project:
The project aims to boost stronger biodiversity and ecosystem recovery across Lithuania through nationwide conservation and restoration. Further, it wants to achieve better national coordination for efficient and well targeted conservation measures and their funding.

Spinverse experts supported the coordinator throughout the two-stage LIFE Strategic Nature Project application process from concept note development to submitting the final proposal.
The support included workshops that brought together the proposal team to sharpen the project concept and focus the application on the most relevant and critical aspects of Lithuania's
Prioritised Action Framework for Natura 2000 and the forthcoming National Restoration Plan.
